The number one characteristic of a great sales leader is that they care.
They care about helping solve their customer’s problems,
They care about building their business,
They care about supporting their family
and they care about doing it the right way.

I believe by taking an interest in your customer and looking at their real needs that you will have a customer for life. I do not consider myself a sales person, more a person who is able to offer a unique service and advise people accordingly
