What’s leading your Actions?

“Your actions will always follow your beliefs” – From Facing the Giants

I recently watched the movie Facing the Giants about a football coach and football team that was muddling somewhere between hapless and mediocrety. The reason for their dismal performance was their attitude. Their attitude that they were going to lose before the game began.

There is a very interesting turn of events in this movie that needs to be watched to be believed.

I would highly recommend it.

Motivational Quote: Perspective in the middle of a challenge

This has been a rough day!!!

Today I heard about a relative who was recently diagnose with Colin Cancer, two friends whose marriages are breaking down, a friend whose husband tried to commit suicide, a friend whose mother-in-law passed away.

So this quote is dedicated to all of them.

“The place which may seem like an end may only be the beginning.” – Author Unknown

If you are reading this please say a prayer for my friends. (God knows who you are talking about)

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Motivational Quote: Handling life’s challenges

“I know God won’t give me anything I can’t handle. I just wish he didn’t trust me so much.” – Mother Theresa

Setting the tone for your day

Whether you wake up saying “Good Morning God”, or “Good God, morning” will likely set the tone for the rest of yours (and the people around you) day.

Your attitude in the morning creates the filter in which you see the world. If you wake up grumpy you will likely have a challenging day. Wake up happy and you will find your day will go much smoother.

The cool thing is the choice is yours.

Choose Wisely.

The First Key to Happiness

“People are just as happy as they make up their mind to be.” – Abraham Lincoln

This quote reminds me of another saying about how you decide, yes I said decide how you are going to live your day. This question asked if you get up in the morning and say, “Good morning God” or do you say, “Good God Morning.”

If you get up with the first thought in the morning you will likely have a great day. However, if you get up with the second thought, I can guarantee you won’t.

Instead you will be like that Peanuts character, Pig Pen, who has a dark dust cloud following him everywhere.

That negative attitude will not only ensure that your day will go sour, but your body language will alert others to stay away.

Not a great way to go through life.

So, make up your mind to be a happy, positive person and you will find that happiness will find you.

Have a great day.
